The Waukon Indians put together back to back great quarters in the 2nd and 3rd period to put away the North Fayette Hawks on Monday Janurary 9th 66-39.
On Friday Janurary 13th the Indians traveled to Oelwein to take on a young upstart Huskie squad. Waukon got off to a tough start and could not recover from a poor shooting first half. Oelwein won the game at the free throw line as they went 24-33 on the night as the Indians were a mere 10-20. The Indians were defeated 64-33.
The Indians have a big week this week as they host NEIC lead Waverly Shell Rock on Tuesday and travel to Charles City on Friday the 20th.
